5oo gr minced meat, fine
1 tb tomato paste
1 tb bread crumbs (or oats)
1 tb olive oil
1 minced onion
Cumin, pepper, salt,
fine chopped parsley
Mix all together, and form kofta rolls.
Put on a greased backing tray, cover with aluminum foil, and put in the oven (180 degree) until they are well done (app. 25 min), than take the foil of and leave them uncovered until they got brown.
