Ingredients 2 large size tomatoes. 2 green onions 1 bunch of parsley ,washed, chopped in large cuts 1/2 bunch of mint. 2 cucumbers chopped in large cuts. 1 smashed glove garlic 3 tablespoons olive oil 1 teaspoon Salt Juice of 2 lemons 2 loaves of pita bread, cut into small pieces and toasted in the oven. Cut all the above vegetables in medium or small size, or as you wish. Mix Lemon, salt, olive oil and garlic aside and add 2-3 tablespoon water to the mixture. Mix vegetables, bread and lemon mix and serve.
