 This Anniversary has been celebrated as is fit for such an event, lots of women, lots of fun and surprises and good food.To start with, the party has been prepared in an unusual place, the Castello, Sharms own open air castle in the Hadaba area, next to the Alfa Laila waa Laila main gate, where we were hosted by Mr. Dino Ruffino, his daughter Marianne and their Team. The theme of the evening was Flower Power, back to the 60s!. Decoration of the place was done by the SWC Party team with beautiful paper flowers and colorful paintings. Most of the women dressed up to match the dcor and the event.  You could find the Flower children from San Francisco, the Hippies from all over the world and even a Hara Krishna. The music was adapted for the occasion; Jayne did a great job there to make some of us nostalgic and some were hearing music from a long-ago, but not forgotten time. After the welcome drink, the dinner started with an anti-pasta buffet. Then a risotto was served at the table and a Fire show lit up the night under the stars. As soon as the main course was finished attention was drawn to the fashion show, which all the ladies were anticipating.The clothes shown by the coolest gals in town came from Emmas TRIBE shop in the Camel Hotel, Wendys HOT CHILI in Naama Center and special jewelry models showed the collection from Martines MARTINES BIJOUX, located in the Jolie Ville Naama Bay Shopping Arcade. As tradition requests the Finale was as it was supposed to be and out came the bride in a creation specially made for this show by our Catherine Pierce. The bride did not come alone, she was accompanied by her groom Mr. Dino and under a cloud of confetti and loud clapping, the couple made their grand tour in front of the enthusiastic spectators. A big thanks to all of the people that made this possible, it was a true delight. Emma, Wendy, Martine & Catherine were assisted by Melody,…. and… to help the models to get dressed, make-up and hair was done by . and Cathy from Switzerland did the final touch by orchestring the Cat Walk.But the evening was not finished yet, more surprises had been prepared.An anniversary is not complete without a Birthday Cake! Of course we had to have the birthday cake, generously offered by the Marriott Hotel and not a crumb was left, it was delicious. Sophie, our Monthly Meeting Organizer, did the cake cutting and the evening went on to the last exciting part the Lucky Draw!Many hotels, shops, restaurants, a casino, Beauty, Spa & Wellness Centers, Excursion & Activity Centers and even Cleaner companies have sponsored the enormous amount of vouchers, which the ladies could win. It was excitement at its peak! Everybody went home with a present she could chose from the long list.A big, big thanks to all these Sponsors, without their contribution and without the help of Doro, (Connecting Women via the e-mail at all times), Christiane (Sales Coordinator for this event), Sophie (Chief voucher collector), Jayne (Music Women and Decoration Coordinator) and Catherine (Creative Mind behind the Bride & Decorations) and all the other help we received , we could not have made this celebration happen.
