*Responsibilities:*
- Manage all aspects of food and beverage operations ensuring exceptional customer service.
- Plan and execute operational strategies and budget for the food and beverage department.
- Liaise with suppliers to ensure quality of products and services.
- Continuously train and develop the team to achieve highest performance standards.
*Requirements:*
- Minimum of 5 years experience in food and beverage management roles in at least 4-star hotels.
- Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
