• Minimum 5 years of experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in a leadership role within the Rooms Division
• Preferred Native German / Fluently German Speaking
• Proven track record of exceeding guest expectations and achieving guest satisfaction goals
• Strong operational skills with a focus on efficiency and cost control
• Working knowledge of housekeeping, guest service, Recreation , Laundry , and front desk operations
