I have 2 years experience as reservation agent ( opera system) and one year as reservation supervisor and 2 years as technical support /customer service have the ability to communicate with the guest via email and over the phone and help the guest to identify the reservation they need which include room type special request ,availability and rates can handle revenue reports, rates structure, rate codes, and blocks.
