I have years of experience with customer contact, so their needs and requests are for me the reason for action in response to any complaints. The customer must stay at his best in the context that welcomed him. I am very efficient in helping to find solutions to problems, but obviously there is also a need for collaboration from the Managers of the various sectors of the Hotel. In any case, it is my concern also to listen to the complaints of the customers in order to be able to communicate the necessary departments the urgent needs where to modify or in any case try to collaborate to ensure that the customer has a positive memory of the Hotel, and return the next time as usual customer.
