• This role would suit someone who is either a diver or who has knowledge of Scuba Diving and the PADI/SSI system.
• Communicate with our guests face-to-face, over the telephone and via email, answer questions about our range of diving for new and qualified divers, check in new guests, open, take payments from guests, prepare the daily income, inventories, store orders and boat permissions..
• Possess excellent customer service skills with previous experience in a customer facing role.
