A Reputable 5* Resort in Soma Bay, Red Sea is seeking to hire energetic and ambitious Female candidate to fill in the position of Guest Relation Officer with the following Qualifications:
• Minimum of one year previous experience in same position, at a five-star Hotel chain.
• Speaking, Reading, and Writing knowledge of the English Language.
• Conversational level of German Language is preferable.
• Skillful operational use of the computer and its word processing program.
• Knowledge of Front Office handling and regulations is preferable
• Demonstrates knowledge of Guest Relations operation (including problem solving), obtained through college degree (Hotel school, university, and/or equivalent experience).
