We are looking for vibrant & fun Ladies and gentlemen to come on board. We are looking for someone who will go beyond the Ordinary for the guests and each other.
· Greet the guests and present them with the menu
· Answer the phone, using a personalized greeting and communicate with the guest. Assist them with their queries
· Take bookings for the restaurant
· Take the food and beverage orders from the guest, whilst taking all selling opportunities
· Escort guests to tables and assist in seating at tables; present menus and handover to the waiter
· Work as part of a team to give guests a ‘go beyond’ experience
· Handle guest complaints that may arise
· Respond positively to guest requests, with a ‘can do’ attitu
