Directs coordinates and participate in activities of employees engaged in such activities as:
- Wages and salaries administration
- Training Development
- Benefit administration
- Labor and employee relations
- Hiring orientation, training ,developing and retaining of terminating employees
- Advising top management and department heads of all personnel matters.
- Coordinate with requisitioning departments in the recruitment of employees following established standards ,policies and procedures , assist them in the orientation, training, development and evaluation of their employees
- Represents the hotels in all transactions, communications and relationships with unions ,assist in negotiations of contracts with unions and overs
