Key responsibilities:
• Make the daily round according to the quality section schedule.
• Check the rooms randomly to ensure that the room is ready according to standard (according to the quality section schedule).
• Check the service in all outlets is meeting standard (according to the quality section schedule).
• Ensure that the food & beverage quality, safety and presentation are meeting standard.
