I have 15 years excrescence in the Human Resources i worked as cluster personnel manager in the Resta Hotels Marsa Alam and after that i move to Alexandria i work now as HR Consultant on the Consulting Company So i hope return work in the hotel i can make the Hotel policies ,JA,JD,Evaluation for all position beside the legal and normal HR function
