Guest Relations Supervisor responsibilities include greeting guests they arrive, coordinating their check-ins to assigned rooms and informing them about the hotel’s facilities. And ensuring that the entire hotel department offer stellar customer service and provide memorable hospitality experiences and Heartist moments for our guests.
Guest Relation Supervisor must be Russian Speaking with good English and pervious work Experience in Resorts 5 Star hotels.
