Training & Quality Manager Red Sea - Old palace Resort Job Description & Skills Ensures the implementation of Operational Standard Manual in the hotel. He/she also conducts presentations concerning the Quality Assurance concepts in Old Palace Resort and ensures that all training activities include topics concluded out of hotel training philosophy within his/her area of responsibility of the Hotel operations according to the standards guidelines. He/she shall be primarily responsible for the implementation and coaching of quality assurance concepts at all levels.
