Steigenberger Aldau Beach hotel Is hiring
JOB TITLE : Guest Relation Officer ( Female /German or Swiss Nationality )
SCOPE : Must be thoroughly familiar with Front Office and Recreation procedures she recognizes guest problems and complaints early enough to satisfy the guest as early as possible to reach the target of keep leading the market.
The following duties within frame of work:
1. Guest Satisfaction
2. Co-ordination of Information
3. Organization Repeat Guest Cocktails
4. Personalized Welcome/Farewell Organization of Repeat Guest filing
5.Up-keeping of Hotel/Guest Information
6.Co-operation with hotel’s Housekeeping and
Front Office
7. Awareness of outside activities/recreation.. etc
EXPERIENCE : Minimum 6 months
