With 4 years' experience in tourism and hotel industry I am adept in sales and service, and hotel event coordination.
I have excellent verbal and written skills in English and Russian languages. Also I speak fluent Armenian language and German language I know as begginer.
My customer service skills are top and I always try to ensure that the guests get what they are looking for when they are booking their holiday or vacation. I have extensive knowledge of computers ( Opera system as well) and I have the ability to learn different systems and programs quickly.
