No boab required * prefer to deal with owner direct
British/European owners - (pay direct to their bank account in UK if GBP)*
c£2-3000le (£200-300) pm rent*
Secure area such as garden/terrace/private roof/large balcony **
Preferably ground floor or top floor.*
Ideally Sea Street Hadaba, or Aida area or close to Naama/Montazah *
Must be off complex/private house/duplex etc **
Contract required for ongoing as I have lived in Sharm for 2 years now.
Furnished/Part furnished**
Clean/european standard of living**
