I've been working in tourism field since march 2010 as a receptionist in a 5 star hotel , with the promotions i got till now , i became front office supervisor in charge of all the front office , as i have the ability to manage the team work in developing the mentality of being one team , now i'm looking for a new challenge for more experience to improve my skills in a new position as a desk manager .
so i am fluent in reading and writing Italian and English.
