I am currently living in Sharm El Sheikh and have done for 2 1/2 years. I am British. My previous work experience has been working for UK Travel Agents based in the UK and different countries including Egypt. I have worked in 4* & 5* hotels with a variety of customer profiles as a Tour Leader. I am a hard working motivated individual who works well in a team and uses own initiative when working alone. My most recent job has been Guest Relations Manager in a 5* hotel! I am looking for a challenge to exceed customer expectations and create memorable holidays. I am pro-active to help and assist people where required to avoid complaints and further issues in any way I can.
