DOG DISTEMPER NOTICE IN SHARM EL SHEIKH, RED SEA, HADABA MARCH 2014: Please note that there is a distemper epidemic in Hadaba, however it might be in other areas. Several dogs have died. People will assume that dogs have been poisoned as the final stages are similar however you will notice the dogs will have passed diarrhea rather than blood in the final stages. It is strongly recommended to keep your dogs out of puddles and off the grass areas of the Aqua Park. There is no cure, please get your dogs vaccinated by your preferred vet and rinse all shoes and feet in dilute bleach solution then rinse with water. Avoid any dead or dying dogs or areas where there are "brown stains" You might also wish to rinse your floors with bleach water again followed by clear water. If relevant PLEASE SHARE
