Responsibilities: - Taking ownership of customers' issues and following up on problems through to resolution. - Follow service procedures, policies, and standards. - Keep accurate records and document customer service actions and discussions. - Analyze statistics and compile accurate reports. - Maintain an orderly workflow according to priorities. Requirements & Skills - Experience in providing customer service support. - Excellent English (Spoken and written), additional language is a plus. - Strong client-facing and communication skills. - Excellent organizational skills
