Summary: Handling all procedures from pre-arrival to departure details for VIP and regular guests, in addition to handling guest any complaints. Responsibilities: • Responsible for the overall care, hospitality and service given to customers throughout their stay. • Reviews future arrivals to look for VIPs and special requests and co-ordinates with Front Office to ensure guests receive the best service. • Prepares daily welcome orders • Makes daily checks on guest rooms and reports to each department any deficiencies. • Checking breakfast/lunch box functions, late dinners and welcome orders. • Collects guest comment lists from customers and delivers them to Management. • Checking group luggage down, wake-up calls, gue
