Tamea is the write name. You can get the dough from the shop who sell fol and ask him for Tamea dough, about 2le, then after you get it clean from all trash from the fol then get a half glass of water then start to get piece from the dough and make circle by yr hand and fried it in the oil then wet your finger with the water and start to do the same steps again till you finish all the dough you can add as well on the top some sesame it will be really nice because you know the oil you use plus you clean well.
