Ingredients
1/2 Kilo of Kossa
3 onion
1 glove of garlic
2 Big spoon of tomato sauce
1 cube of Magi broth
1/2 small spoon of sugar
Preparing
wash the kossa then cut in a slices , choop the onion to small pieces fried with sip of oil till it becomes pink color then add 3glass of water with garlic and the sugar , tomato sauce then after boiling add the kossa then the magi broth , add more water if needed .
It could be served with rice or bread

I make it like that but when I fry the onion I add 2 cardammen seeds and a few mastica pieces...yum
