Hi,
Can anyone tell me what the restaurants/hotels use instead of Ricotta chesse for tiramisu?? I would like to make it and can't get the cheese. I am not sure if the restaurants use whipped cream and egg yolk?? I am craving tirimisu!!!

We use some kind of cream cheese which we buy at Nourhan. I am sure you get it also in Metro. Give me a few days to get you the name.

When making lasagna, I use cottage cheese instead, that might work? I would be interested in other suggestions too.
